摘 要:舰载火控雷达的天线座是雷达整机的重要组成部分,其设计优劣直接影响雷达精度与可靠性。以某舰载火控雷达天线座总体结构设计为例,在传统天线座结构设计方法的基础上,引入新的优化设计方法与手段,运用三维设计软件建立结构模型,计算天线座所受的主要载荷,并对其进行轴系精度分析。利用有限元分析软件进行模态分析,提取前四阶模态与试验结果进行对比,结果表明试验与仿真间的误差小,天线座各项性能满足系统指标要求。该设计方法为同类型产品的研发提供了借鉴与经验。The antenna mount of shipborne fire control radar is an important part of radar machine,and its design directly affects the accuracy and reliability of the radar.Taking the overall structure design of a shipborne fire control radar antenna mount as an example,on the basis of traditional antenna mount structure design method,a new optimization design method and means are introduced,and the three-dimensional design software is used to establish the structural model,then the main load of the antenna base is calculated,and the shafting accuracy is analyzed.The mode analysis is carried out by finite element analysis software,and the first four-order mode is extracted and compared with the test results.The results show that the error between the test and the simulation is small,and the performance of the antenna mount can meet the requirements of the system index.This design method provides reference and experience for the research and development of similar products.
