论“三个务必”内涵的深刻变化

摘　　要：“三个务必”是习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出的重要命题。这一命题的出场有其特定的历史、理论和实践语境,深刻总结和汲取了百年大党治党管党的历史经验,创造性运用和发展了马克思主义政党学说。“三个务必”在继承“两个务必”精神内核的基础上加入了“不忘初心、牢记使命”和“敢于斗争、善于斗争”的新要求,强调顺应时代之变,担当历史重任,以初心使命引领党的建设,以自我革命推进党的建设,以敢于斗争深化党的建设。这对于进一步提升党的生命力、增强党的凝聚力和战斗力,加快实现第二个百年奋斗目标,把我国建设成为中国特色社会主义现代化强国具有重大价值。The“Three Musts”is an important proposition put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 20^(th)Party Congress,which has its own specific historical,theoretical and practical context,having profoundly summarized and drawn on the historical experience of a hundred years of party governance and management,and creatively applied and developed the Marxist doctrine of political parties.The“Three Musts”includes the new requirements of“not forgetting the original intention and remembering the mission”and“daring to struggle and being good at struggling”on the basis of inheriting the spiritual core of the“Two Musts”,emphasizing the importance of responding to the changes of the times,taking up the historical responsibility,leading the construction of the Party with the original intention and mission,advancing the construction of the Party with self-revolution,and deepening the construction of the Party by daring to struggle,which is of profound value to further enhance the vitality of the Party,strengthen the cohesion and combat power of the Party,accelerate the realization of the goal of the Second Hundred Years'Struggle,and build China into a modern and powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics.
