摘 要:应用一种非破坏性在线评价方法,对某电厂服役寿命末期的主蒸汽系统管道进行隐患识别与风险评价。通过因果矩阵分析工具进行分析,结果表明其整体健康状态呈下降趋势,且其安全状态呈高风险区、较高风险区及一般风险区的分布特征;对于高风险和较高风险的隐患管道,通过模糊FMEA分析工具进行进一步分析,得出各失效故障下风险程度大小。基于隐患部件的风险分析结果,最终提出了设备分级管理策略建议。A non-destructive online evaluation method is applied to identify hidden dangers and evaluate the risks of main steam system pipeline at the end of its service life in a power plant.Analysis is conducted using a causal matrix analysis tool,and its overall health status appears a downward trend,and its safety status features the distribution characteristics of high risk areas,higher risk areas,and general risk areas.For the pipelines in danger of high risks and higher risks,further analysis is conducted using fuzzy FMEA analysis tools so as to determine the degree of risks under each failure scenario.Based on the risk analysis of components with hidden danger,suggestions of equipment hierarchical management strategies are ultimately proposed.
