摘  要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)受环境温度变化等因素影响,会使其金属壳体产生热伸缩,在其波纹管伸缩节两端造成位移,极大影响了设备运行稳定及安全。设计了一种波纹管位移测量装置,介绍了其结构和功能,其在可实现对波纹管伸缩节横向、垂直方向位移及两侧相对沉降角度的测量,并经过了实际应用检验。Gas insulated metal enclosed switches(GIS)are affected by environmental temperature changes and other factors,which might cause thermal expansion of their metal shell and even bring about displacement at both ends of their corrugated pipe expansion joints,greatly affecting the stability and safety of equipment operation.A corrugated pipe displacement measurement device is thus designed,and its structure and function are described.It can measure the lateral and vertical displacement of the corrugated pipe expansion joint and the relative settlement angle on both sides,and has been verified in practical applications.
