摘 要:在相控阵雷达波控系统中,为了降低电缆的数量和整机质量,通常需要总线式拓扑应用场景。该文基于MLVDS接口电路设计了波控单元,该系统由反熔丝FPGA控制多个MLVDS接口电路组成,实现元器件完全国产化,通过板间连接器完成1拖16总线式通信,用于解决多点应用中的问题。相对于同样多点应用的RS422和CAN技术,MLVDS能够以更低的功耗实现更高速的通信链路。该系统已应用于某高轨卫星的子波控中,该波控单元可同时驱动90多路TR组件,系统能够监控实时温度,经过实验该波控单元通过1拖16线缆传输,传输距离为1000 mm时,传输速率可达18.7 Mb/s,误码率低,板卡总功耗仅为1.5 W。In the phased array radar beam steering system,in order to reduce the number of cables and the weight of the whole machine,the bus topology application scenario is usually required.In this paper,the wave control unit is designed based on the MLVDS interface circuit.The system is composed of multiple MLVDS interface circuits controlled by anti⁃fuse FPGA and realize 100%localization of components.The 1-16 bus communication is completed through the inter board connector,which is used to solve the problems in multipoint application.Compared with the RS422 and CAN technology of the same multipoint application,MLVDS can realize higher speed communication link with lower power consumption.The system has been applied to the wavelet control of a high orbit satellite.The beam steering unit can drive 90 multi⁃channel TR components at the same time,and the system can monitor the real⁃time temperature.Through experiments,the wave control unit is transmitted through 1-16 cable.When the transmission distance is 1000 mm,the transmission rate can reach 18.7 Mb/s,the bit error rate is low,and the total power consumption of the board is only 1.5 W.
