摘　　要：为面向矿用设备制造企业,提供数字化转型和智能化改造成套解决方案。提出基于工业互联网平台集成标识解析二级节点,建设产品数字化铭牌应用系统。采用SSM开发框架,结合K8S集群容器化应用部署、微服务架构等核心技术,以平台SaaS化、手持终端小程序扫码为实现手段。具备产品打码、全生命周期管理、售后服务、防窜货和防伪监测等主要功能。实现一物一码、一码到底的全信息化服务,增强用户体验及企业安全生产系数,推动企业转型升级得到实质性进展。For mining equipment manufacturing enterprises,digital transformation and intelligent transformation of complete sets of solutions are provided.Based on the industrial Internet platform integrated identification analysis secondary nodes,product digital nameplate application system is constructed.SSM development framework is used,combined with K8S cluster containerized application deployment,microservice architecture and other core technologies,platform SaaS,handheld terminal small program code scanning as the means of implementation.Main functions are eguipped with,such as product coding,full life cycle management,after-sales service,anti-channeling and anti-counterfeiting monitoring.One thing one code,one code to the end of the full information service are obtained,the user experience and enterprise safety production coefficient are enhanced,and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises are promoted to make substantial progress.
