摘  要:为提升操作人员训练水平,开展了某型舰船动力装置模拟训练系统研制工作。为实现该型舰船动力装置核心控制系统的装备保障功能,基于VME总线的硬件在环技术,设计仿真软件和专用电路模拟实船执行机构、传感器、显示仪表以及运动状态,构建了一个典型的半物理仿真系统,通过PLC同源数据实现全船集中控制系统与外部仿真训练设备之间的信息交互。针对该型船动力系统设备多、功能复杂的特点,采用模块化建模思想,基于SimuEngine仿真支撑环境,建立了动力装置的仿真模型,实现了动力系统各工况仿真。仿真结果表明,模型仿真计算结果与实船在各工况下设备的运行数据误差较小,主要参数随工况变化趋势与实际运行数据吻合良好,可以较好地模拟动力装置的工作情况,满足仿真要求。In order to improve the training performance of crew member,a new typed power simulation training system is studied.In order to achieve the equipment support and testing of the core control system in the power system,based on the VME bus and hard in loop,according to the deployment of submarine power department,the whole system is designed.A new method to achieve information interactive between the central control system and urban simulation consoles is studied.By the method of modular modeling,the mathematical model of the power plant is established,and the operation features of the diesel engine and the main propulsion system is mainly studied.The difference of model simulation results with real data under various operating conditions on equipment is analyzed.The analysis results show that the trend of the main parameters with the condition of the ship actual operating data is consistent.
