摘 要:中型水库防洪库容小,面对复杂多变的洪水形势时,在防洪与兴利的抉择中,难以完全发挥水库的防洪效益。作为宁波市姚江流域重要中型水库的梁辉水库也存在此问题,基于此,通过构建洪水预报模型,并应用3 d洪水预报成果,综合考虑预报降雨偏差系数,研究制定了水库洪水期优化调度方案,在洪水来临前腾空库容,大幅提高了水库的削峰率和洪水最大拦蓄率。在2022年“梅花”台风中,该方案发挥了很好的防洪效益。The flood control capacity of medium-sized reservoirs is small.When the flood situation is complex and variable,it is difficult to fully utilize the flood control benefits of the reservoir.Based on the case of Lianghui Reservoir,an important medium-sized reservoir in Yaojiang basin of Ningbo City,a flood forecasting model is constructed.Based on the analysis of three-day rainfall prediction and consideration of forecast deviation coefficient,the optimal operation scheme of reservoir during flood period is studied and formulated.The peak cutting rate and maximum flood impounding of the reservoir are greatly improved by emptying the reservoir capacity before the flood.In the“Muifa”typhoon in 2022,the program played a good role in flood control.
