摘 要:以濮阳至卫辉高速公路上跨京广铁路立交桥工程为例,讨论了上跨营业线铁路立交桥架梁施工情况。通过分析上跨营业线铁路立交桥架梁施工方法,并对架梁施工中需要注意的问题进行解析,提出了相应的安全保障措施。研究结果表明:该工程在进行架梁施工时通过加强防护、设置防护桩等措施能有效保证铁路运营安全,可采用“点内过孔”的架梁操作方式,严格把控好架梁步骤,并做好箱梁加固措施。采用这些安全措施可顺利完成上跨京广铁路立交桥架梁施工,既确保施工质量,又保证了施工任务高效、安全、有序完成,可为同类工程提供借鉴。Based on the case of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway overpass project on Puyang to Weihui Expressway,the construction of railway overpass beam on business line is discussed.The constructing method is introduced,the problems needing attention in beam construction are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding safety measures are put forward.The results show that the safety of railway operation can be ensured effectively by strengthening protection and setting up protective piles during beam construction,and the beam frame operation as“point in the hole”is adopted,so as to strictly control the steps of the beam frame and conduct the reinforcement measures of the box beam,therefore,to successfully complete the construction of overpass beam on Beijing-Guangzhou Railway with high constructing quality efficiently,safely and orderly,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
