实现全面小康消费结构的对策分析

摘　　要：目前,我国居民消费结构总体表现在食品烟酒、居住方面的支出较多,而在教育文化、医疗保健等方面的支出较少,恩格尔系数仍然较高,同时城镇居民和农村居民的消费支出规模差异显著,而全面小康的消费结构不仅反映了较高的物质文明,还反映了较高的精神文明。本文借助CiteSpace文献计量工具,对相关领域2012—2022年的文献关键词、发表年度、发表机构进行了统计分析,并提出了应大力发展数字经济,提高闲暇消费率;完善社会信用体系,提升社会征信水平等对策,以推动全面小康消费结构的实现。At present,China’s residents’consumption structure in general shows that the expenditure on food,tobacco,alcohol and housing is higher,while the expenditure on education,culture and health care is lower,and Engel’s coefficient is still high,while the difference in the scale of consumption expenditure between urban and rural residents is significant,and the consumption structure in achieving moderate prosperity in all respects not only reflected a higher level of material civilization but also reflected a higher level of spiritual civilization.With the help of CiteSpace bibliometric tools,this paper statistically analyses the keywords,publication year,and publication institutions of literature in the relevant fields from 2012 to 2022,and proposes that the digital economy should be vigorously developed to increase the rate of leisure consumption,and that the social credit system should be improved and the level of social credit should be upgraded,etc.,to promote the realization of the consumption structure in achieving moderate prosperity in all respects.
