基于CiteSpace的国内外疾病获益感研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析国内外疾病获益感研究现状,探讨该领域研究热点,为我国患者疾病获益感的研究提供参考。方法检索2013年1月1日-2021年12月31日Web of Science核心合集数据库及中国知网收录的疾病获益感相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.1软件对国内外的发文量、发文作者、机构、国家及关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入406篇疾病获益感相关文献,国外209篇,国内197篇;该领域国外发文量基本呈稳定增长趋势,我国2013-2020发文量持续增多;国内疾病获益感研究者共189人,发文机构150个,重要的研究团队有安徽医科大学护理学院李慧萍等及南通大学护理学院刘谆谆等组建的两大团队;该领域共有英文发文作者189人,发文机构150个;主要发文国家有美国、英国、中国,美国与多个国家均存在合作关系;国内研究热点主要有照顾者、乳腺癌、肺癌等癌症患者及灵性健康等,其中肺癌、灵性健康亦是研究前沿;国外研究热点主要有女性、癌症、生活质量、干预等,此外国外形成癌症患儿、青少年、照顾者、疾病获益感干预措施的研究等多个热点。结论近年来我国疾病获益感相关研究虽不断增多,但仍以现况调查及影响因素分析为主,文章影响力较低,缺乏疾病获益感干预策略的探索;今后我国需更进一步与加强与其他国家更深层面的学术交流与合作,提升研究的广度及深度,以进一步推动该领域的发展。Objective To analyze the research status of benefit finding at home and abroad,to explore the research hotspots in this field,and to provide reference for the research of patients'benefit finding in China.Methods The literature related to the benefit finding included in the Web of Science core collection database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,2013 to December 31,2021 was searched.CiteSpace 6.1 software was used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,countries and keywords at home and abroad.Results A total of 406 articles related to benefit finding were included,including 209 foreign articles and 197 domestic articles.The number of foreign publications in this field had basically shown a steady growth trend,and the number of publications in China from 2013 to 2020 had continued to increase.There were 189 domestic benefit finding researchers and 150 publishing institutions in China,while the important research teams were LI Hui-ping et al.from Anhui Medical University School of Nursing and LIU Zhun-zhun et al.from Nantong University School of Nursing.There were 189 English-language authors and 150 publishing agencies in this field.The main countries of publication were the United States,the United Kingdom,and China,while the United States had cooperative relations with many countries.Domestic research hotspots mainly included caregivers,breast cancer,lung cancer and other cancer patients and spiritual health,among which lung cancer and spiritual health were also research frontiers.Foreign research hotspots mainly included women,cancer,quality of life,intervention,etc.In addition,there were many hot spots in foreign countries,such as children with cancer,adolescents,caregivers,and intervention measures for benefit finding.Conclusion In recent years,although the research about the benefit finding in China has been increasing,it is still based on the current situation investigation and the analysis of influencing factors.The influence of the article is lo
