摘　　要：目的研究精细化管理模式在医学科研管理中的应用及价值。方法分析医学科研管理目前存在的问题并结合信息化大趋势,强调引入精益化管理策略的必要性;收集院内科研管理项目的经费预期与实际支出数据,根据性价比反映精细化管理的效果。结果医学科研管理的精细化管理对提高科研活动效率和成果质量具有重要意义。结论医学科研管理的精细化管理是提高科研活动效率和成果质量的重要策略。通过运用系统化和可持续的方法,优化科研流程和增强团队协作能力,可以确保高品质的研究成果的产出。在医疗事业迅速发展的背景下,精细化管理对科研管理工作的改进与完善尤为重要,这对于实现创新突破和取得重要成果具有关键意义。因此,医学科研管理应当不断适应时代变革,积极引入精益化管理理念,不断完善科研管理模式,以推动医学科研的发展。【Objective】To explore the application and value of fine-grained management models in medical scientific research management.【Methods】The necessity of introducing lean management strategies was emphasized in this study,which analyzed the existing problems in medical research management and combined them with the trend of informatization.The expected and actual expenditure data for research management projects within the institution were collected,and the cost-effectiveness was used to reflect the effectiveness of refined management.【Results】The fine-grained management of medical research administration played a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of scientific research activities and the quality of research outcomes.【Conclusion】The fine-grained management of medical research is an important strategy for improving the efficiency and quality of research activities.By employing systematic and sustainable approaches,optimizing research processes,and enhancing team collaboration,the production of high-quality research outcomes can be ensured.Against the backdrop of rapid development in the healthcare industry,the improvement and refinement of research management through fine-grained management are particularly crucial,as they play a key role in achieving innovation breakthroughs and significant accomplishments.Therefore,medical research management should continuously adapt to the changes of the times and actively incorporate the principles of lean management,continuously refining the research management model to drive the development of medical research.
