摘  要:目的分析硬质气管镜代胸腔镜并低温等离子手术系统在脓胸患者中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性研究法,使用随机数表法将2020年6月至2022年6月期间许昌市中心医院收治的难治性脓胸患者120例分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用单孔胸腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用硬质气管镜代胸腔镜并低温等离子手术治疗。对两组手术情况、肺功能情况、临床疗效和并发症情况进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组的手术时间等手术指标均缩短,各项肺功能指标均升高,并发症总发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论脓胸患者经硬质气管镜代胸腔镜并低温等离子手术治疗能够加快手术进程,减少术中伤害,改善肺功能,减少并发症,促进术后恢复,且能够确保临床疗效。【Objective】To analyze the application effect of rigid bronchoscope instead of thoracoscope and low temperature plasma surgery system in patients with empyema.【Methods】A prospective study method was used to divide 120 patients with refractory empythorax treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with single-hole thoracoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with rigid tracheoscope instead of thoracoscopic and low-temperature plasma surgery.The operation,lung function,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.【Results】Compared with the control group,the operation time and other surgical indicators in the observation group were shortened,the lung function indicators were increased,and the total incidence of complications was significantly reduced(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The treatment of empyema patients by rigid bronchoscope instead of thoracoscope and low-temperature plasma surgery can speed up the surgical process,reduce intraoperative injuries,improve lung function,reduce complications,promote postoperative recovery,and ensure clinical efficacy.
