摘 要:为分析在满堂支架上张拉箱梁预应力对吊车上梁时箱梁受力的影响,运用有限元软件MIDAS/Civil建立箱梁施工阶段模型,对比分析张拉预应力前后不同工况下箱梁整体应力情况,明确预应力张拉时机。分析结果表明:采用先张拉预应力钢束再进行吊车上梁钢箱拱吊装工作时,箱梁结构整体受压、变形较小,可以有效确保箱梁结构施工安全,为同类型桥梁施工提供参考。In order to analyze the influence of the prestress of the box girder tensioned on the full support on the stress of the box girder when the crane is on the girder,this paper establishes the model of the box girder construction stage by using the finite element software MIDAS/Civil,compares and analyzes the overall stress of the box girder under different working conditions before and after the tensioning prestress,and defines the prestress tensioning time.The analysis results show that when the prestressed steel tendon is tensioned first and then the steel box arch of the upper beam of the crane is hoisted,the overall compression and deformation of the box girder structure are small,which can effectively ensure the construction safety of the box girder structure and provide a reference for the construction of the same type of bridge.
