摘　　要：目的探讨弹力绷带在心脏起搏器植入术后患者切口压迫中的应用效果。方法采用偶遇抽样法,选取2021年12月—2022年9月在贵州省人民医院行心脏起搏器植入术后患者152例,利用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,各76例。术后,试验组采取弹力绷带对手术切口进行加压包扎,对照组予以盐袋加压。分别于患者入组1 h内、干预24 h后使用舒适状况量表(GCQ)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、数字评定量表(NRS)对患者舒适度、睡眠质量、疼痛状况进行评估;比较两组电极移位、囊袋感染、切口出血、囊袋血肿等并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组GCQ、AIS、NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义。干预后,试验组GCQ、AIS、NRS评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组电极移位、囊袋感染、切口出血、囊袋血肿并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论使用弹力绷带加压心脏起搏器植入术后患者切口是安全可行的,可显著提高患者舒适度,改善患者睡眠质量,缓解术后疼痛。Objective To verify the use effect of elastic bandages on incision compression in patients with pacemak⁃er implantation.Methods A total of 152 patients with pacemaker implantation in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from December 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.They were randomly allocated into a trial set(n=76)and a control set(n=76)by the number table.The trial set took elastic ban⁃dages to compress the wound,while the contrast set took salt bags.Within 1 h and 24 h after interposing,the patient com⁃fort,sleep quality,and postoperative pain were evaluated by the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ),the Athens In⁃somnia Scale(AIS),and the Numerical Rating Scales(NRS),respectively.The incidence rates of lead dislodgements,CIED infection,incision hemorrhage,and capsular hematoma were compared between the two sets.Results Before in⁃terposing,the difference was not statistically significant in GCQ,AIS,and NRS between the two sets.After interposing,the GCQ,AIS,and NRS in the trial set were higher than those in the control set(all P<0.05);There were no statistical differences in regarding lead dislodgements,CIED infection,incision hemorrhage,and capsular hematoma between the two sets.Conclusion Elastic bandage on incision compression in patients with pacemaker implantation is safe and feasi⁃ble,can effectively improve the comfort of patients,sleep quality,and pain after an operation.
