摘 要:以位于宜宾市的某老年养护中心项目为研究对象,对该项目的隔震设计和采用的一系列施工技术手段进行了论证和探讨。详细阐述了各项施工工艺及其流程,对施工过程中暴露出的问题做了小结和反思。为解决不规则结构扭转带来的支座受拉超限难题,项目将抗拉拔支座、天然橡胶支座及铅芯橡胶支座进行了有机结合,提出了多样化的技术路线,使结构抗震效能得到了显著提升。The research object of the present study is an elder care center located in Yibin City.The building’s seismic isolation design and construction technology were discussed and demonstrated.Details of the construction technology and process were described,while the problems exposed in engineering practice were summarized and reconsidered.The pull-out resistance bearing was creatively applied in combination with other seismic devices,such as nature rubber bearing and lead rubber bearing,to alleviate the tension loading acting on the isolators that were induced by the rotation of the structure.The diversity of technical routes used in the project dramatically improved the seismic performance of the structure.
