乡贤资源、参与程度与村庄经济发展——基于湖北省乡村振兴调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：乡贤资源作为乡村人力资本的重要组成部分,以非强制性的姿态参与村庄事务治理,强化了村庄内生基础。基于精英理论视角,运用湖北省乡村振兴调查数据,实证检验乡贤资源对村庄经济发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现,乡贤数量和能力均对村庄经济产生显著正向影响,乡贤能力对村庄经济的促进作用大于乡贤数量。参与程度是乡贤资源影响村庄经济发展的重要传导机制,在乡贤数量和乡贤能力影响村庄经济过程中发挥部分中介作用。因此,建立乡贤回流机制,落实乡贤参与行为,培育乡贤文化,鼓励乡贤为村庄发展献策献力可从根本上助力村庄经济的内源式发展。As an important part of human capital in rural area,squires participate in the governance of village affairs voluntarily and strengthen the foundation of village development.Based on the perspective of the Elitist theory,how squire resources affect the development of village economy was empirically tested using the data of the rural vitalization survey in Hubei Province.It was found that both quantity and ability of squires have significant positive impacts on village economy,and the impact about the ability of squires on the village economy was larger than that of the quantity of squires.The level of involvement was an important transmission mechanism in which squire resources affect the development of village economy.And the level of involvement played partial mediating role in the process of the quantity and ability of squires affecting village economy.It is necessary to establish the return mechanism of squires,implement their participation of squires,cultivate the culture of squires,encourage them to contribute to the development of villages,and fundamentally promote the development of village economy.
