摘　　要：农村产业发展是促进农民收入持续增长、实现乡村振兴的关键,“交通”和“教育”一直被认为是农村快速发展和走现代化道路的前提。选取2010~2020年省级面板数据,从交通与教育两个方面分析农村基础设施对农村产业现代化的影响,并进一步探索外部技术溢出下技术受惠的调节效应。研究表明,农村交通基础设施和教育基础设施对农村产业现代化均存在促进作用;农村交通基础设施对农业农村现代化的促进作用更强,而农村教育基础设施对农村非农产业现代化的促进作用更强。相比较而言,每单位农村交通基础设施增长带动的农村产业现代化强度高于每单位教育基础设施增长。此外,农村地区技术受惠对农村交通基础设施与农村产业现代化的关系不存在调节作用,但对农村教育基础设施与农村产业现代化的正相关存在同向调节效应,在技术受惠更明显地区,农村教育基础设施上升带来的农村产业现代化水平更强。结论支持了“要致富先修路”以及乡村振兴需要人才支持的观点。The development of rural industries is a key point in promoting sustained growth of farmers'income and achieving rural revitalization.Transportation and education have always been considered prerequisites for rapid rural development and modernization.Provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020 was selected to analyze the impact of rural infrastructure on rural industrial modernization from two aspects of transportation and education,and further the regulatory effect of technology benefits under external technology spillovers was explored.The results showed that rural transport infrastructure and education infrastructure had a promoting effect on rural industrial modernization.Rural transport infrastructure played a stronger role in promoting the modernization of rural agriculture,while rural education infrastructure played a stronger role in promoting the modernization of rural non-agricultural industries.In comparison,the modernization intensity of rural industries driven by the growth of rural transport infrastructure per unit was higher than that of education infrastructure per unit.In addition,technological benefits in rural areas had no moderating effect on the relationship between rural transport infrastructure and rural industrial modernization,but there was a co-moderating effect on the positive correlation between rural education infrastructure and rural industrial modernization.In areas where technological benefits were more obvious,the level of rural industrial modernization brought about by the rise of rural education infrastructure was stronger.The conclusion supported the view of"building roads first before becoming rich"and conformed rural revitalization needed talent support.
