疫情冲击下养殖户生产恢复力促进疫后生产恢复的路径探索——基于契约农业视角研究

摘　　要：疫情灾后如何保障生猪供给、提高生猪产品质量、促进产业转型升级,寻找一条既能保证养殖户产能恢复又能保障产品质量的疫后生产恢复的有效路径是养猪业需要探讨的重要问题之一。基于四川、河南、山东、湖南和安徽542户养猪户的实地调查数据,从恢复数量和恢复质量两方面衡量养殖户非洲猪瘟疫后生产恢复情况,运用内生转换回归模型,对契约农业参与、养殖户生产恢复力以及疫后生产恢复数量和恢复质量之间的关系进行探讨。研究表明,契约农业主要通过风险感知降低、规范监督实现和技术支持帮助影响养殖户生产恢复力,进而影响疫后生产恢复数量和恢复质量。其中,契约农业的参与对生产恢复力、疫后生产恢复数量和恢复质量有显著促进作用。研究和验证这些问题对于探究促进养殖户在重大动物疫情冲击下高质量生产恢复的有效路径有重要的现实意义。How to ensure the supply of live pigs,improve the quality of live pig products,and promote industrial transformation and upgrading after the epidemic,in order to find an effective path for post-epidemic production recovery that can not only ensure the production capacity recovery of farmers but also ensure product quality is one of urgent problems to be discussed in the current pig industry.Based on the field survey data of 542 pig farmers in Sichuan Province,Henan Province,Shandong Province,Hunan Province and Anhui Province,the production recovery of farmers after African swine fever was measured from the two aspects of recovery quantity and recovery quality,the relationship between farmers'production resilience and post-epidemic production recovery was discussed.The research results showed that contract agriculture mainly affected the production resilience of farmers through the reduction of risk perception,the realization of normative supervision and technical support,and then affected the quantity and quality of post-epidemic production recovery.Among them,the participation of contract agriculture had a significant impact on production resilience,quantity and quality of post-epidemic production recovery.Researching and verifying these issues had important practical significance for exploring effective ways to promote high-quality production recovery for farmers under the impact of major animal epidemics.
