摘 要:在传统的消防救援中,针对天然气管道泄漏火灾往往采取细水雾等外部灭火的方式,但由于天然气管道泄漏所引发射流火的火焰高度高、热辐射量大,通过具有优异扩散和灭火性能的化学灭火气体以内部抑制燃烧的方式具有较大的研究价值。以甲烷射流火焰模拟天然气管道泄露火灾,研究了五氟乙烷对不同管径、不同流速甲烷射流火焰的抑制作用,并以哈龙1301作为对照组实验,解析了五氟乙烷加入后甲烷射流火的火焰形态、火焰高度、火焰温度的变化特征,以探究五氟乙烷对天然气管道泄漏引起的射流火焰的抑制效应。研究表明:在一定范围内,燃气流量越大,发生甲烷射流火吹熄所需要的灭火剂浓度就越少;在五氟乙烷作用下,甲烷射流火焰熄灭前高度大于未通入灭火剂的火焰高度。在相同口径下,燃料的流量越大,所需的气体灭火剂浓度越少。该研究结果揭示了甲烷射流火焰在五氟乙烷作用下的变化趋势,为选择作用于射流火焰的高效清洁化学灭火气体提供了研究基础。In the traditional fire-fighting and rescue,water mist was used to fight the fires caused by the leakof natural gas pipline.Internal combustion suppression of chemical fire extinguishing gas has high research value,because of the high flame height and large amount of thermal radiation.Methane jet flame was used to simulate the fire caused by leakage of natural gas pipeline.Furthermore,the suppression effect of pentafluoroethane on methane jet flame with different pipe diameters and methane flow rates were studied,and Halon 1301 was used as the comparison.The change characteristics of flame morphology,flame height and flame temperature of meth-ane jet flame after adding pentafluoroethane were analyzed to explore the suppression effect of pentafluoroethane on jet flame.The results show that the greater the methane flow rate,the less the extinguishing agent needed for methane jet flame.Under the action of pentafluoroethane,the height of the methane jet flame before extinguishing was higher than that of the flame without extinguishing agent.Under the same pipe diameters,the greater the methane flow rate,the less concentration of gas extinguishing agent required.The results of this study reveal the variation trend of methane jet flame under the action of pentafluoroethane and provide the research basis for selecting efficient and clean chemical fire extinguishing gas acting on jet flame.
