摘　　要：在白车身冲压件开发过程中,冲压件材料利用率控制及提升对整个白车身成本、汽车制造成本影响很大,如何在车身件冲压开发过程中每个环节下最有效提升材料利用率,对控制降低车身开发制造成本起着至关重要的影响。从冲压白车身“研发”、“开发”、“量产”开发3个阶段进行了分析研究,提升材料利用率。In the development process of body-in-white stamping parts,stamping parts material utilization control and improvement on the entire body-in-white cost,automobile manufacturing cost has a great impact,how to maximize the material utilization rate in each link of the body parts stamping development process,to control and reduce the cost of body development and manufacturing plays a crucial impact.This paper focuses on the stamping body-in-white"research and development","development","mass production"development three stages of analysis and research to improve material utilization.
