摘  要:通过分析某大电流连接器针体在弯曲过程中压痕重、影响产品性能的问题,介绍了大直径针体常见的两种加工方法,敲弯和模具弯曲,通过分析模具弯曲加工的两种结构,模拟制件加工运动过程和受力,研究得出了制件弯曲压痕产生的原因,并进行相应的模具结构改进,增加弯曲定镶件结构和半圆弯曲槽,改滑动摩擦为静摩擦,提高了弯曲过程中模具与针体的接触面积,降低单位面积上的压力,从而降低压弯痕迹,加工出了满足要求的制件。This article analyzes the problem of heavy indentation during the bending process of a certain high current connector needle body and its impact on product performance.It introduces two common processing methods for large diameter needle bodies,namely tapping and die bending.By analyzing the two structures of die bending processing,simulating the machining process and force of the part,the reason for the bending indentation of the part is studied,and corresponding die structure improvements are made,adding the bending fixed insert structure and semicircle bending groove,changing sliding friction to static friction,increased the contact area between the die and the needle body during the bending process,reduced the pressure on the unit area,thus reducing the bending trace,and processed the parts that meet the requirements.
