摘　　要：通过模流分析软件对汽车C柱饰板三角窗区域变形,采取分割法分别对加强筋及制件壁厚对变形影响趋势进行比较分析,快速确定了最终改模方案,经试模验证,一次性解决变形问题,借助MoldFlow翘曲变形分析有效降低了试模和改模成本。By using moldflow analysis software to analyze the deformation of the triangular window area of the C-pillar trim panel in automobiles,a segmentation method was used to compare and analyze the influence trend of reinforcement ribs and workpiece wall thickness on deformation.The final mold modification plan was quickly determined.After mold testing verification,the deformation problem was solved at once.With the help of MoldFlow warping deformation analysis,the cost of mold testing and modification was effectively reduced.
