摘　　要：活塞的生产加工过程中,在材料选择方面,对铝合金材料的应用较多。文章对合金活塞材料的特点进行介绍,回顾铝合金活塞材料发展历史,分析共晶、过共晶A1-Si合金处理工艺,进而从热挤压工艺和粉末锻造工艺、喷雾沉积与致密化工艺对高硅Al-Si合金活塞材料的快速凝固技术及后期成型工艺发展情况进行研究。In the production and processing of pistons,aluminum alloy materials are widely used in material selection.This paper introduces the characteristics of alloy piston materials,re⁃views the development history of aluminum alloy piston materials,analyzes the treatment pro⁃cess of eutectic and hypereutectic A1 Si alloys,and then studies the rapid solidification technol⁃ogy and post forming process development of high silicon Al Si alloy piston materials from the hot extrusion process,powder forging process,spray deposition and densification process.
