摘 要:大型建筑行业的发展,对大型断面的连铸坯需求越来越大,特厚大型板坯立式连铸机的设计逐渐成为专家们的研究热点。本文通过对立式连铸机二冷区支承导辊进行受力分析,提出了基于支撑辊挠度控制的连铸机辊列设计方法,并通过控制连铸坯的鼓肚量进行校核。最后以1500mm×700mm特厚大型板坯立式连铸机辊列参数设计为例,通过计算其鼓肚量,验证了该辊列设计方法的合理性。With the development of large-scale construction industry,the demand for largesection continuous casting billet is increasing.The design of vertical continuous casting ma⁃chine for extra-thick slab has gradually become a research hotspot for experts.Based on the force analysis of the supporting guide roll in the secondary cooling zone of vertical continuous casting machine,a design method of continuous casting machine roll row based on the deflec⁃tion control of the supporting roll is proposed in this paper,and the bulging capacity of continu⁃ous casting billet is checked by controlling it.Finally,taking the design of roll parameters of 1500mm×700mm extra-thick slab vertical continuous casting machine as an example,the ratio⁃nality of the roll design method is verified by calculating its bulging capacity.
