摘　　要：雨刮系统的故障会影响车辆行驶的安全性,为加强维修人员对雨刮系统结构原理的了解,培养规范进行故障诊断排除的能力,文章介绍了大众帕萨特车型雨刮系统的基本组成、工作原理,分析了雨刮系统控制电路,总结了雨刮系统故障排查流程,并结合实际车辆故障案例,阐述故障分析解决思路,最终确认故障点并排除,为维修人员提供了一种对该车型雨刮系统故障检修的思路和方法。The malfunction of the wiper system will affect the safety of the vehicle.In order to strengthen the understanding of the structure principle of the wiper system and train the ability of standardized fault diagnosis and removal,this paper introduces the basic composition and working principle of the wiper system of Volkswagen Passat,analyzes the control circuit of the wiper system,summarizes the troubleshooting process of the wiper system,and combines actual vehicle fault cases.This paper expounds the idea of fault analysis and solution,finally confirms the fault point and eliminates it,and provides a kind of idea and method for maintenance personnel to troubleshoot the wiper system of this model.
