论人民政协协商民主与全过程人民民主的内在逻辑

摘　　要：人民政协协商民主和全过程人民民主都是我国民主政治形态不可或缺的组成部分,两者之间蕴涵着深刻的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。从三个逻辑维度解析两者之间的内在联系,有助于展现人民政协协商民主的生机活力以及促进全过程人民民主在实践中的发展。新时代,中国人民政治协商会议要在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的进程中继续发挥重大作用,就必须重视发扬民主和增进团结的有机结合,把协商民主贯穿其履行职能的全过程。Consultative democracy and whole-process people’s democracy of the People’s Political Consultative Conference are indispensable components of China’s democratic political form.There are profound theoretical logic,historical logic,and practical logic between the two.Analyzing the internal connection between the two from three logical dimensions helps to demonstrate the vitality of consultative democracy in the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and promote the development of people’s democracy throughout the process in practice.In the new era,if the CPPCC is to continue to play a major role in comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization,importance must be attached to the organic combination of promoting democracy and enhancing solidarity,and consultative democracy must run through the whole process of performing its functions.
