摘　　要：目的通过分析新疆地区缺血性心脏病患者医疗经济负担及影响因素,实现早期预警,为卫生部门制定相关政策提供参考。方法对2021年1月—2022年6月3755例缺血性心脏病患者病案首页人口学资料、治疗情况、疾病经济负担进行描述性统计分析;以直接医疗费用、自付费用为因变量建立多重线性回归模型,分析影响因素。结果患者人均经济负担14253.04元;自付费用1578.61~8929.23元;疾病类型、性别、民族、年龄、是否手术、住院天数、入院途径、离院方式、再住院计划、医疗付费方式是患者直接医疗费用及自付费用的影响因素。结论疾病类型、住院天数、是否手术、入院途径、医疗付费方式,及低龄化是影响缺血性心脏病患者卫生经济负担的关键因素,应结合以上方面优化费用结构,合理有效控制医疗费用。Objective To analyze medical economic burden and influencing factors among hospitalized ischemic heart disease patients in Xinjiang region,in order to achieving early warning of the economic burden of disease,and to provide reference for health departments to formulate relevant policies.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis of 3 755 patients with ischemic heart disease from January 2021 to June 2022.Home page demographic data,treatment status,economic burden of disease;Taking direct medical expenses and out-of-pocket expenses as dependent variables,a multiple linear regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors.Results The direct medical economic burden of inpatients per capita is 14 253.04 yuan.Self-paid are between 1 578.61 and 8 929.23 yuan.The influencing factors of hospitalization-related direct economic burden and self-paid of patients were as following:disease type,gender,ethnicity,age,way of leaving the hospital,whether surgery or not,length of stay in hospital,route of admission,rehospitalization plan,medical payment method.Conclusion Disease type,length of stay,whether surgery or not,way of admission,type of medical payment,and younger age are the key factors affecting the health economic burden of patients with ischemic heart disease.The cost structure should be optimized based on the above aspects to reasonably and effectively control the medical cost.
