摘　　要：目的探究自制医用胶带对手汗症术后皮肤切口愈合及瘢痕的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2022年2月福建省泉州市第一医院胸外科收治的96例手汗症手术患者作为研究对象,按切口处理方法的不同分为对照组(48例)和试验组(48例)。对照组缝合切口采用4-0快薇乔可吸收缝线行简单缝合,试验组切口采用自制医用弹性柔棉宽胶带将切口两侧对拉处理,未行缝合。比较两组术后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、皮肤切口愈合情况、瘢痕遗留情况。结果术后第1天,两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第2、3天,试验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组甲级愈合率、乙级愈合率及丙级愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制医用胶带对手汗症术后皮肤切口愈合及瘢痕的影响显著,降低疼痛,促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕遗留。Objective To investigate the effect of self-made medical adhesive tape on skin incision healing and scar formation after operation for palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods A total of 96 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis admitted to the department of thoracic surgery,Quanzhou First Hospital,Fujian from February 2018 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(48 cases) and the experimental group(48 cases) according to the different incision treatment methods.The control group sutured the incision using 4-0Coated VICRYL absorbable suture for simple suturing,while the experimental group sutured the incision using self-made medical elastic cotton wide tape to pull both sides of the incision,without suturing.Compared the incision visual analogue scale(VAS),skin incision healing,and scar residue between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores on the first day after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 2^(nd) and 3^(rd) day after surgery,VAS scores of experimental groups were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Grade A healing rate,Grade B healing rate and grade C healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The Vancouver scar scale(VSS) of experimental group was lower than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made medical adhesive tape has a significant impact on the healing of skin incisions and scars after hand sweating surgery,reducing pain,promoting wound healing,and reducing scar residue.
