病历夹做宣教媒介在手卫生依从性中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过病历夹做媒介宣传手卫生规范作为单因素干预手段,评估手卫生依从性干预效果,探讨干预优势。方法选择某三级综合性医院作为研究对象,以2019年1—12月和2020年1—12月作为研究时间,从2020年1月1日起在该医院的所有病历夹表面张贴手卫生规范知识要点,无采取其他干预措施,单盲法抽样调查医务人员手卫生知晓率、手卫生执行率、手卫生正确率3个指标作为手卫生依从性的考核指标,统计分析干预前后医务人员手卫生依从性这3个指标变化。结果2019年、2020年医务人员手卫生知晓率分别为61.61%、87.98%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=353.649,P<0.05);2019年、2020年手卫生执行率分别为62.08%、82.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=389.417,P<0.05);2019年、2020年手卫生正确率分别为55.96%,88.10%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=734.552,P<0.05)。结论采用病历夹做宣教媒介作为手卫生的单因素干预手段效果好,是非常理想的提高手卫生依从性的办法之一。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of hand hygiene compliance and explore the advantages of intervention by using medical record clip as media to promote hand hygiene norms as a single factor intervention.Methods A tertiary general hospital was selected as the study object.From January to December 2019 and January to December 2020 as the study period,the knowledge points of hand hygiene norms were posted on the surface of all the medical record clips of the hospital from January 1,2020,and no other intervention measures were taken.The awareness rate of hand hygiene,the implementation rate of hand hygiene and the correct rate of hand hygiene of medical staff were sampled by single blind method as the assessment indicators of hand hygiene compliance,and the changes of the three indicators of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff before and after intervention were statistically analyzed.Results The awareness rate of hand hygiene among medical staff in 2019 and 2020 was 61.61% and 87.98%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=353.649,P<0.05).The rate of hand hygiene implementation in 2019 and 2020 was 62.08%and 82.27%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=389.417,P<0.05).The correct rate of hand hygiene in 2019 and 2020 was 55.96% and 88.10%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=734.552,P<0.05).Conclusion Using medical record clip as education media as a single factor intervention means of hand hygiene has good effect,is a very ideal way to improve hand hygiene compliance.
