预见性护理在小儿静脉输液安全管理中的应用及家长满意度分析

摘　　要：目的小儿静脉输液过程中存在着较多安全问题,对此分析预见性护理的应用价值。方法回顾性分析泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院2022年1—7月收治的100例静脉输液治疗患儿病例资料,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)和研究组(n=50,预见性护理)。使用儿童疼痛行为量表(face,legs,activity,cryconsolability,FLACC)对两组患儿静脉输液过程中疼痛情况进行评估,观察两组患儿疼痛情况、不良事件发生率以及患儿家属满意度评价。结果研究组患儿经护理干预后疼痛症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿静脉输液过程中药物渗出、局部渗血、非计划性拔管、静脉炎不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属护理满意度评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将预见性护理应用于小儿静脉输液治疗过程中,能够帮助减轻患儿治疗痛苦,降低不良事件发生风险,利于提高整体护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective There are many safety issues in the process of intravenous infusion in children,and the application value of predictive nursing is analyzed.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the case data of 100 children treated with intravenous infusion in Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital from January to July 2022.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n =50,routine nursing) and research group(n =50,predictive nursing).Use face,legs,activity,cryconsolability(FLACC) scale in the process of two groups of children with intravenous infusion pain situation assessment.The pain situation,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of family members of the children were observed.Results The pain symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events of drug exudation,local bleeding,unplanned extubation and phlebitis in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying predictive nursing to pediatric intravenous infusion therapy can help alleviate the pain of treatment,reduce the risk of adverse events,and improve overall nursing satisfaction.It has high clinical application value.
