摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是推进社会主义新农村发展,充分实现小康社会的需要。也不难发现,人才是乡村振兴工程的关键,是乡村振兴战略的中坚力量。在此基础上,应当主要关注当期高素质农民的优化方法,并尝试为培养更多高素质农民制定一些参考建议。通过切合乡村振兴实际和农民迫切诉求,探索一种新的“双融合多层次”培养模式,在高素质农民培训实践创新方面做出有益的探索,为解决“三农”问题提供理论建议。The strategy of rural revitalization is the need to promote the development of a new socialist countryside and fully realize a well-off society.It is not difficult to find that talents are the key to the rural revitalization project and the backbone of the rural revitalization strategy.On this basis,we should mainly pay attention to the optimization methods of the current high-quality farmers,and try to make some references and suggestions for training more high-quality farmers.In line with the reality of rural revitalization and the urgent demands of farmers,this paper explores a new"double integration and multi-level"training model,makes a useful exploration in the practical innovation of high-quality farmers'training,and provides theoretical suggestions on solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
