摘 要:为解决整体提升过程中大平面多筒支承的大悬挑多层空腹钢桁架楼盖脱离核心筒后分离为多个零散独立单体结构的整体受力、保证提升结构体系设计与原设计传力路径和受力模式保持一致、整体提升单元对接口较多时如何保证对接精度和成型质量等技术难题,以多层空腹钢桁架楼盖提升施工为例,对加固工装设计、提升工装设计、构件对接口精度控制、结构提升焊接合龙及拆杆施工技术进行研究。通过有限元分析、过程监测、构件对接口实际就位精度测量等方法,进一步验证了该技术的合理性与可行性。In order to solve the overall stress problem of large cantilever multi-story open-web steel truss floor supported by large plan multi-core tube during the overall lifting process,which separates from the core tube and separates into multiple scattered independent single structures,ensure the design of the lifting structure system consistency with the original design force transmission path and force mode,and there are many interfaces for the overall lifting unit,how to ensure the accuracy of docking and forming quality,and other technical problems,taking the lifting construction of a multi-story open-web steel truss floor as an example,the reinforcement fixture design,lifting fixture design,component interface accuracy control,structural lifting welding closure,and pole dismantling construction technology are conducted.The rationality and feasibility of this technology were further verified through methods such as finite element analysis,process monitoring,and measurement of the actual positioning accuracy of components to interfaces.
