摘 要:空间钢桁架结构节点复杂,卸载过程应力状态多变,易出现个别杆件变形等质量缺陷,进而影响施工安全及成品质量。为避免此类问题发生,以盐城黄海湿地博物馆为例,针对空间桁架结构特点,设计了桁架监测方案,详细介绍空间桁架结构施工卸载过程监测指标,包括监测内容和测点布置,确保施工安全及施工质量。监测过程以钢结构屋盖桁架关键杆件应力、应变及支撑胎架、支撑柱倾角为主要指标,综合运行全站仪、应变计、倾角仪等监测设备,对桁架结构施工卸载过程的受力、变形及倾角等特征进行全面监测。最后利用MIDAS有限元软件对卸载过程进行模拟,给出施工监测节点应力、应变理论限值,进行卸载过程理论数据与监测数据对比,分析结构卸载过程中各关键部位受力和变形,探讨在施工卸载过程中需重点监测部位,得出卸载施工中桁架结构关键变形节点。The joints of the spacial truss structure are complex,and the stress state during the unloading process is variable,which easily leads to quality defects such as deformation of individual members,thereby affecting construction safety and finished product quality.To avoid such problems,taking the Yancheng Yellow Sea Wetland Museum as an example,so according to the characteristics of this spacial truss structure,the monitoring scheme of the truss is designed,and the monitoring indicators of the spacial truss structure construction unloading process are introduced in detail,including the monitoring content and the layout of measuring points.Taking the stress and strain of the key members of the steel roof truss and the inclination of the support bed-jig and the support column as the main indicators,the comprehensive operation of the total station,strain gauge,inclinometer and other monitoring equipment has carried out a comprehensive monitoring of the stress,deformation and inclination of the truss structure during the construction and unloading process.Finally,the MIDAS finite element software is used to model the unloading process,and the construction monitoring joints and the theoretical limit values of stress and strain are given.The theoretical data of the unloading process are compared with the monitoring data.The stress and deformation of each key part in the structure unloading process are analyzed,and the key deformation joints of the truss structure in the unloading process are discussed.
