摘  要:目的:探析尘肺病患者诊断中,直接数字X射线摄影(DR)的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月~2022年12月在本中心体检诊断疑似职业病的60例尘肺病患者,所有患者均接受DR与高千伏摄影胸片检查,比较两种检查方式在尘肺病患者的诊断效能。结果:两种检查方法得到胸片的优良率相比,DR高于高千伏摄影(P<0.05);DR诊断P影率高于高千伏摄影,但两组数据无差异(P>0.05);两种诊断方法相比,DR的Ⅰ期检出率高于高千伏摄影(P<0.05);高千伏摄影和DR检查方法相比,曝光条件不当、暗室污染是高千伏摄影胸片质量的影响因素,肩胛骨未出视野、体位不正是DR胸片质量的影响因素。结论:尘肺病诊断中,DR技术的优良率较高,能提高Ⅰ期尘肺病患者的检出率,但诊断需注意调节正确体位、避免肩胛骨出现的扫描视野中。Objective:To explore the application value of direct digital radiography(DR)in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients.Methods:60 patients with pneumoconiosissuspected of occupational diseases wereselected from the center January 2018 to December 2022 were selected,and all patients underwent DR and high kV chest film(HkV)examinations.The diagnostic efficacy of the two methods in patients with pneumoconiosis was compared.Results:Compared with the excellent and good rate of chest radiographs obtained by the two methods,DR was higher than HkV(P<0.05);The P shadow rate of DR diagnosis was higher than that of HkV,but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with the two diagnostic methods,the detection rate of DR phase I was higher than that of HkV(P<0.05);Compared with DR examination methods,improper exposure conditions and darkroom contamination are factors that affect the quality of HkV chest radiographs,while absence of visual field of the scapula and incorrect posture are factors that affect the quality of DR chest radiographs.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis,DR technology has a high rate of excellence and can improve the detection rate of patients with stage I pneumoconiosis.However,attention should be paid to adjusting the correct posture and avoiding the appearance of the scapula in the scanning field of vision for diagnosis.
