快速冰冻切片技术在病理诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速冰冻切片技术在病理诊断中的应用。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年1月在本院进行病理检查的病理组织标本100例作为观察对象,采取随机分配的方式将标本分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,其中对照组实施常规石蜡切片技术(仪器为LEICA RM2245半自动轮转式切片机,产地品牌:进口德国LEICA),观察组实施快速冰冻切片技术(仪器为LEICA CM 1950冰冻切片机,产地品牌:进口德国LEICA)。对比不同切片技术下标本符合率及相关指标。结果:通过比较两组间标本不同制作方式下的符合率,观察组符合率和对照组区别不大;同时在相关指标中,观察组清晰度、细胞结构以及细胞形态指数均与对照组常规切片指标相差不大,二者间差异不大,具有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在病理学临床诊断中实施快速冰冻切片具有较高临床应用价值。对比常规石蜡切片方式诊断过程速度快,从而针对患者病情做出快速反应;术中实行冰冻切片可避免患者实行二次手术,临床医生通过术中冰冻结果,选择手术范围,具有非常重要的意义。因此临床中可根据患者的实际情况选择是否实行快速冰冻切片。Objective:To investigate the application of rapid frozen section technique in pathological diagnosis.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2022,100 cases of pathological tissue samples were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50),in the control group,the conventional paraffin slicing technology(LEICA RM2245 semi-automatic rotary slicing machine,brand of origin:imported Germany LEICA)was applied in the observation group,and the rapid frozen slicing technology(LEICA CM 1950 frozen slicing machine,brand of origin:imported Germany LEICA)was applied in the observation group.Then we compared the coincidence rate and related indexes of the specimens under different slice techniques.Results:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group by comparing the coincidence rate of the two groups,the clarity,cell structure and cell shape index of observation group were similar to those of control group,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is of high clinical value to perform fast frozen section in pathological clinical diagnosis.Compared with the conventional paraffin section,it is faster to perform the frozen sectionin operation according to the patient’s condition,therefore,it is of great significance for clinicians to choose the scope of operation by freezing the results during the operation,according to the actual conditions of patients,we can choose whether to carry out fast frozen section or not.
