不同膜材料透析器在单次透析治疗中的临床应用差异观察

摘　　要：目的:分析单次透析治疗中使用不同膜材料透析器的效果。方法:从2021年3月~2022年3月本院透析患者中随机抽取50例,随机数字表法均分为对照组25例,使用三醋酸纤维素膜透析器(150U)透析,观察组25例,使用高通量聚砜膜透析器(HF15)透析,对比透析效果。结果:观察组下降率、清除率(尿素氮、肌酐、血磷)和对照组的对比(P>0.05);观察组β2微球蛋白下降率、清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组生物相容性标记物变化率各个时间对比差异显著(P>0.05)。结论:血液透析患者使用HF15透析器,单次清除中小分子毒素的效果比150U透析器更优,从生物相容性角度分析两种透析器等同。Objective:To analyze the effect of dialyzer with different membrane materials in single dialysis treatment.Methods:50 dialysis patients from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected from our hospital,and were divided into control group[25 cases,cellulose triacetate membrane dialyzer(150U)]and experimental group[25 cases,high throughput polysulfone membrane dialyzer(HF15)]by random number table method,to compare the dialysis effect.Results:The decrease rate and clearance rate(BUN,Cr,P)of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group(P>0.05).The decrease rate and clearance rate ofβ2MG in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the change rate of biocompatibility markers between the experimental group and the control group at each time(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using HF15 dialyzer for hemodialysis patients,the single removal effect of small and medium molecular toxins is better than that of 150U dialyzer,and the two dialyzers are equivalent from the perspective of biocompatibility.
