摘　　要：目的:分析在预防急性脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓的过程中Phlebo Press DVT压力抗栓泵获得的效果。方法:选择2019年6月~2022年6月在医院接受急性脑卒中偏瘫治疗的患者48例,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为人数相同的观察组(n=24)与对照组(n=24),对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用Phlebo Press DVT压力抗栓泵。结果:观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率与对照组患者相比明显较低,P<0.05。观察组患者干预后不同时间段小腿周径差值、股静脉血流速度以及腘静脉血流速度与对照组患者相比存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:Phlebo Press DVT压力抗栓泵在预防急性脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓的过程中发挥着显著作用,可以将其作为一种理想的干预方式。Objective:To analyze the effect of Phlebo Press DVT pressure antithrombotic pump in the prevention of lower extremity thrombosis in acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:48 patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022,the patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=24)and control group(n=24).The patients in the control group were given routine intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given Phlebo Press DVT pressure antithrombotic pump in addition to the control group.Results:The incidence of lower extremity thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The difference of leg circumference,flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phlebo Press DVT pressure antithrombotic pump plays a significant role in the prevention of lower extremity thrombosis in acute stroke patients with hemiplegia,and can be used as an ideal intervention mode.
