摘　　要：目的:探究空气波压力治疗仪在膝关节置换术后对肢体肿胀情况的具体影响。方法:选取2019年9月~2022年9月医院收治的80例膝关节置换术后肢体肿胀的患者为研究对象,随机分组研究。对照组行术后常规治疗,观察组术后在以上基础增加空气波压力治疗仪治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的NRS评分、冷感评分、肢体肿胀情况、膝关节功能恢复情况及KSS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用空气波压力治疗仪能够明显改善膝关节置换术后肢体肿胀情况。Objective:To explore the specific effect of air wave pressure therapy instrument on limb swelling after knee replacement.Methods:80 patients with limb swelling after knee arthroplasty admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment after operation,and the observation group was treated with air wave pressure therapy instrument on the above basis after operation,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the NRS score,cold sensation score,limb swelling,knee joint function recovery and KSS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After applying air wave pressure therapy to knee replacement,the effect is outstanding.
