摘　　要：目的:研究牙隐裂根管治疗同步实施冠修复的远期效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的72例牙隐裂患者,通过创建Excel创建随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组患者在根管治疗后再进行冠修复治疗,观察组在根管治疗时同步冠修复疗法。展开为期1年的随访,对比两组患者治疗1年时临床疗效;对比两组患者治疗前后患牙疼痛程度评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、牙龈情况(牙龈指数和牙周菌斑指数)。结果:观察组患者总有效率97.22%(35/36)显著高于对照组患者83.33%(30/36)(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组疼痛程度评分下降、SF-36评分升高,且观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组牙周指数、菌斑指数下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙隐裂根管治疗同步实施冠修复的远期效果较高,有效降低疼痛,并改善生活质量。Objective:To study the long-term effect of simultaneous root canal therapy and crown repair for cracked teeth.Methods:A total of 72 patients with cracked teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the study group(n=36)and the routine group(n=36)by creating a random number table using Excel.Patients in the conventional group received crown repair therapy after root canal therapy,while patients in the research group received crown repair therapy simultaneously during root canal therapy.A one-year follow-up was conducted to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after 1 year of treatment;The scores of dental pain(VAS),quality of life(SF-36),and gingival status(gingival index and periodontal plaque index)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of 97.22%(35/36)in the study group was significantly higher than 83.33%(30/36)in the conventional group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the VAS score decreased and the SF-36 score increased in both groups,and the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,while the SF-36 score was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the periodontal index and plaque index in the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Synchronizing root canal therapy with crown repair for cracked teeth has a higher long-term effect,effectively reducing pain,and improving quality of life.
