摘　　要：目的:观察分析基牙折断的烤瓷牙经玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核修复后的美观性及对牙齿咀嚼力的影响。方法:纳入2022年1月~2022年12月本院1年内收治的90例基牙折断烤瓷牙患者(90颗牙),采取随机分组法将其划分为对照组(铸造金属桩核修复,n=45例)与观察组(玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核修复,n=45例),观察研究两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.78%,86.67%)、术后主观美观性评分、咀嚼能力均高于对照组(P<0.05);且修复后并发症总发生率(2.22%,17.78%)、就诊次数、复诊周期均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取玻璃纤维增强型复合树脂桩核修复治疗基牙折断烤瓷牙患者,临床治疗效果显著,能够提高修复美观性、改善牙齿咀嚼能力,减少就诊次数与复诊周数,且不良反应发生率较低,具备较为良好的治疗安全性与有效性。Objective:To study and analyze the aesthetics of broken porcelain veneers restored with glass fiber reinforced composite resin post and core,as well as their impact on dental chewing power.Methods:A total of 90 patients(90 teeth)with broken abutment porcelain teeth admitted to our hospital within one year from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(45 cases with cast metal post core restoration)and an observation group(45 cases with glass fiber reinforced composite resin post core restoration).The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed and studied.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(97.78%,86.67%),postoperative subjective aesthetic score,and chewing ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);And the total incidence of complications after repair(2.22%,17.78%),number of visits,and follow-up period were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of glass fiber reinforced composite resin post and core restoration for the treatment of fractured porcelain fused to metal teeth in patients with abutment teeth has a significant clinical treatment effect,which can improve the aesthetics of restoration,improve tooth chewing ability,reduce the number of visits and follow-up weeks,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions.It has good treatment safety and effectiveness.
