血液转运箱在RH(-)血液发放管理中的应用与展望

摘　　要：目的:探讨血液转运箱在RH(-)血液发放管理中的应用价值。方法:统计2020年1月~12月使用血液转运箱及未使用血液转运箱RH(-)血发放情况,比较用血量的结果,以P<0.01为极其显著性差异有统计学意义。结果:对比使用血液转运箱前后,血液外观肉眼观察无色泽异常、溶血、凝块、气泡、血袋完好;血液发放量除2020年2月无统计学意义,其余11个月份均有极其显著性差异(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:应用血液转运箱运送RH(-)血至医院血库,期间确保血液冷链运输,密闭安全、可监可控;箱内血液可重新发放,提高了RH(-)血液的再使用率。Objective:To explore the application value of blood transfer box in RH(-)blood distribution management.Methods:The distribution of RH(-)blood using the blood transfer box and not using the blood transfer box was counted from January to December 2020,and the results of blood consumption were compared.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.01.Results:There was no abnormal color,hemolysis,clot,bubble and intact blood bag before and after using the blood transfer box;Except for February 2020,which had no statistical significance,the blood distribution volume in the other 11 months had extremely significant difference(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of blood transfer box to transport RH(-)blood to the hospital blood bank can ensure the cold chain transport of blood,which is closed,safe and controllable;The blood in the box can be redistributed,which improves the reuse rate of RH(-)blood.
