英国雅培FreeStyle Libre H瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统在2型糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病患者血糖管理过程中英国雅培FreeStyle Libre H瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统的应用效果。方法:随机选取64例2型糖尿病患者为实验对象,按照电脑随机分组法将其分为各有32例患者的研究组与参照组,研究组运用的血糖检测方法为英国雅培FreeStyle Libre H瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统,参照组采用的血糖检测方法为传统指尖血监测。结果:两组患者治疗前血糖指标水平无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后研究组患者显著差别于参照组患者,P<0.05。研究组患者胰岛素用量调整时间、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量与人均低血糖次数均与参照组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。研究组依从率为90.6%,参照组依从率为78.1%,研究组依从率明显高于参照组,两组比较差异显著,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:2型糖尿病患者血糖管理过程中英国雅培FreeStyle Libre H瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统获得了较为理想的应用效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of Free Style Li Hre H transient scanning glucose monitoring system in the process of realizing blood glucose management of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:64 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group(n=32) and control group(n=32),the blood glucose monitoring method used in the study group was the Free Style Libre H transient scanning glucose monitoring system of Abbott UK.The blood glucose monitoring method used in the reference group was the traditional fingertip blood monitoring.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid between the two groups before treatment,P0.05;After treatment,there was significant difference between the study group and the control group,P0.05.There were significant differences between the study group and the control group in the adjustment time of insulin dosage,the time of reaching the target of blood glucose,the dosage of insulin and the times of hypoglycemia per capita(P0.05).The compliance rate of the study group was 90.6%,and that of the reference group was 78.1%.There was a significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance P0.05.Conclusion:The Free Style Libre H transient scanning glucose monitoring system of Abbott UK is effective in the management of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
