摘　　要：目的:探讨不同监测设备对成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断价值。方法:选取2021年6月~2022年12月在本院进行治疗的100例疑似成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者作为研究对象,对患者同步使用便携式睡眠监测仪以及传统的多道睡眠图,便携式睡眠监测仪监测为观察组,传统的多道睡眠图为对照组,比较两组方法的相关指标评估、Bland-Altman分析、诊断结果以及满意度。结果:经过对比,两组患者的AHI、MSaO_(2)以及LSaO_(2)指标具有明显的相关性,数据之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);AHI、MSaO_(2)以及LSaO_(2)指标的点都在95%一致性界限的范围之外,而且其95%一致性界限范围较窄,这表明使用两种设备对于AHI、MSaO_(2)以及LSaO_(2)指标的一致性比较好;两种方法的诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的分度一致率都在95%置信区间之间;观察组患者对于检测设备的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者,数据之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:便携式睡眠监测仪对成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断价值较高。Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of different monitoring devices for adult obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:100 patients with suspected adult obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were synchronously treated with portable sleep monitor and traditional multi-channel sleep map.The portable sleep monitor was used as the observation group,and the traditional multi-channel sleep map was used as the control group.The evaluation of related indicators,Bland-Altman analysis Diagnosis results and satisfaction.Results:After comparison,the AHI,MSaO_(2) and LSaO_(2) indexes of the two groups were significantly correlated,and the difference between the data was statistically significant(P<0.05);The points of AHI,MSaO_(2) and LSaO_(2) indicators are outside the range of 95%consistency limit,and the range of 95%consistency limit is relatively narrow,which indicates that the consistency of AHI,MSaO_(2) and LSaO_(2) indicators using the two devices is relatively good;The consistency of the two methods in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome is between 95%confidence interval;The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group,and the difference between the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The portable sleep monitor has high diagnostic value for adult obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
