纤维喉镜在咽喉科疾病检查过程中的应用进展

摘　　要：咽喉科疾病属于临床上较为常见的一类疾病,具有发病率较高、病因复杂以及预后不良等特点,由于咽喉存在特殊的解剖结构,加之形态结构较小且不规则,从而可能对咽喉科疾病的诊断以及治疗造成一定的风险。因此,在对咽喉科疾病患者进行诊治的过程中开展辅助性疗法显得尤为重要。随着近年来影像学技术的飞速发展以及医疗水平的逐渐提升,纤维喉镜开始被广泛应用于咽喉科疾病的诊治过程中,具有创伤较小、安全性较好等优点,同时可显示病灶大小、形态以及部位等情况,可为临床诊疗提供可靠依据。由此,本文通过对纤维喉镜在咽喉科疾病检查过程中的应用进展进行了相关综述,旨在为纤维喉镜应用于咽喉科疾病中提供理论依据。The diseases of pharynx and larynx belong to a kind of common diseases in clinic,which have the characteristics of high incidence,complicated etiology and poor prognosis,due to the unique anatomical structure of the throat and its small and irregular morphology,it may pose certain risks to the diagnosis and treatment of pharyngeal diseases.Therefore,it is very important to carry out auxiliary therapy in the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with pharyngeal and laryngeal diseases.With the rapid development of imaging technology and the gradual improvement of medical level in recent years,fibrolaryngoscope has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of pharyngeal and laryngeal diseases,with the advantages of less trauma and better safety,at the same time,the size,shape and location of the lesion can be displayed,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.In order to provide theoretical basis for the application of fibrolaryngoscope in pharyngologic diseases,the application of fibrolaryngoscope in pharyngologic diseases was reviewed in this paper.
