摘　　要：目的:观察在预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的过程中8腔防血栓型(Phlebo Press DVT)深部静脉血栓防治仪获得的临床效果。方法:选择2019年6月~2022年6月医院收治的剖宫产产妇52例作为实验对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=26)与对照组(n=26),对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用8腔防血栓型(Phlebo Press DVT)深部静脉血栓防治仪。结果:观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成率明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者术前凝血功能、血液流变学指标并无显著差异,P>0.05;术后5d,观察组患者上述指标显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:8腔防血栓型(Phlebo Press DVT)深部静脉血栓防治仪在剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中有着理想的预防效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Phlebo Press DVT in the prevention of lower extremity thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods:52 parturients who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were enrolled in this study,the patients were divided into observation group(n=26)and control group(n=26)according to the method of random number table,the patients in the observation group were treated with Phlebo Press DVT deep venous thrombosis prevention instrument on the basis of the control group.Results:The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in preoperative coagulation function and hemorheological indicators between the two groups of patients,P>0.05;On the 5 day after surgery,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Phlebo Press DVT is an ideal device for the prevention of lower extremity thrombosis after cesarean section.
