摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病伴肺结核诊断中,CT影像特点及疗效评价。方法:遵循随机对照原则,将江西省宜春市万载县人民医院2020年6月~2022年6月66例糖尿病伴肺结核患者分为研究组、对照组,选取其中33例实施CT检查,将其相关数据纳入研究组;选取另外33例实施胸部X射线检查,相关数据纳入对照组进行对比研究。另外选取66例非糖尿病伴肺结核患者与糖尿病伴肺结核患者进行对比,分析其影像特点。对上述诊断措施后各影像表现检出情况进行分析,并评估两组治疗效果。结果:研究组各影像表现检出率高于对照组,统计学分析有意义(P<0.05);研究组诊断后患者治疗有效率高于对照组,统计学分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT影像具有较高的诊断价值,通过影像特点对患者病情进行分析,疾病检出率高,可以对后续治疗提供科学指导,可进行积极推广,有助于疾病转归。Objective:To analyze the CT image characteristics and efficacy evaluation in the diagnosis of diabetes with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:Following the principle of random control,66 patients with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis in the,Wanzai County People’s Hospital,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into the study group and the control group.33 of them were selected for CT examination,and their relevant data were included in the former;Another 33 cases were selected for chest X-ray examination,and relevant data were included in the latter for comparative study.In addition,66 non-diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were compared with those with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis to analyze the characteristics of their influence.Analyze the detection of imaging findings after the above diagnostic measures,and evaluate the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The detection rate of each imaging manifestation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After diagnosis,the effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the above analysis results were significant.Conclusion:CT imaging has high diagnostic value.Analyzing the patient’s condition through its impact characteristics has a high disease detection rate,which can provide scientific guidance for subsequent treatment.Various hospitals can actively promote it and contribute to the prognosis of the disease.
