摘　　要：目的:分析在为产后会阴水肿产妇实施治疗过程中BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪的应用效果。方法:本研究将2021年10月~2022年10月在医院接受产后会阴水肿治疗的产妇42例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将产妇分成接受常规治疗的对照组与在对照组基础上加用BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪治疗的观察组,每组各有产妇21例。结果:观察组产妇治疗有效率较高、感染发生率相对较低且治疗起效时间、会阴水肿消退时间相对较短,与对照组产妇相比存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。两组产妇治疗前疼痛程度并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;观察组产妇治疗后疼痛更为轻微,与对照组产妇相比存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪治疗属于产后会阴水肿产妇的一种理想治疗方法。Objective:To analyze the application effect of BHP-L11A infrared polarized light therapy instrument in the treatment of postpartum perineal edema.Methods:A total of 42 parturients who received postpartum perineal edema treatment in hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.The parturients were divided into control group receiving conventional treatment and observation group receiving BHP-L11A infrared polarized light therapy on the basis of control group using random number table method.There were 21 women in each group.Results:The treatment effective rate and infection rate of the observation group were higher,and the time of treatment onset and the time of perineal edema subsiding was shorter.Compared with the control group,there were significant statistical differences,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in pain degree before treatment between the two groups,P>0.05;The pain after treatment was more mild in the observation group,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:BHP-L11A infrared polarized light therapy instrument is an ideal treatment method for puerperal perineal edema.
