摘　　要：目的:观察风险管理在医院医疗器械管理中的实施效果。方法:随机选取2019年7月~2021年8月本院消毒供应中心清洗消毒的280件医院医疗器械作为研究对象,根据管理方式的不同将医疗器械分为参考组(140件)和研讨组(140件)。参考组实施常规器械管理,研讨组实施风险管理,对比两组信息标识不清、灭菌包湿包、器械未达标率、医疗器械管理质量评分及满意度。结果:研讨组信息标识不清、灭菌包湿包发生情况均较参考组更低,P<0.05;研讨组器械未达标率较参考组更低,P<0.05;研讨组医疗器械管理质量评分均较参考组更高,P<0.05;研讨组满意程度较参考组更高,P<0.05。结论:针对医院医疗器械管理开展风险管理措施能显著降低信息标识不清、灭菌包湿包发生情况,提高医疗器械管理质量及满意程度,显著降低器械未达标率。Objective:To observe the implementation effect of risk management in hospital medical device management.Methods:280 hospital medical devices cleaned and disinfected by the disinfection supply center of our hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.According to different management methods,the medical devices were divided into reference group(140 pieces)and discussion group(140 pieces).The reference group implemented routine device management and the discussion group implemented risk management.The two groups were compared with unclear information identification,sterilization package,wet package,device failure rate,medical device management quality score and satisfaction.Results:In the study group,the unclear information identification and the occurrence of sterilization bag and wet bag were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The failure rate of instruments in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The score of medical device management quality in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out risk management measures for hospital medical device management can significantly reduce the occurrence of unclear information identification and sterilized and wet bags,improve the quality and satisfaction of medical device management,and significantly reduce the failure rate of devices.
