摘  要:通过对7003合金挤压型材进行化学成分优化,即调整Mg、Zn比例,添加少量Cu,提高其力学性能,同时合金中添加少量Zr元素来细化晶粒、改善组织结构;通过对优化后的型材进行160℃×30 min预时效处理,可减缓7×××系合金自然时效下力学强度快速爬升现象,使材料力学性能处于低强度相对稳定状态。型材采用单级时效145℃×7 h延长升温段时间,最终机械性能满足要求。The chemical composition of extruded 7003 alloy was optimized,that is,the ratio of Mg and Zn was adjusted,a small amount of Cu was added to improve its mechanical properties,and a small amount of Zr was added to the alloy to refine the grain and improve the structure.By pre-aging the optimized profiles for 160℃×30min,the mechanical strength of 7×××series alloy can be slowed down under natural aging,and the mechanical properties of the materials are in a relatively stable state of low strength.The pro⁃file adopts single-stage aging 145℃×7h,extending the heating period,and the final mechanical properties meet the requirements.
